ProCharger 1GB212-D1 D-1 Intercooled Complete System for 1985–1991 Chevrolet Corvette C4 with the original 5.7L L98 TPI engine. Excludes ZR-1/LT5 and engine swaps.
Hardware and configuration
D-1 supercharger with factory-style 6-rib drive. Satin finish is standard; polished supercharger and bracket finish adds $700.
Includes a two-core intercooler for 1985–1989 or twin intercoolers for 1990–1991, Bosch bypass valve, ProPump and FMU fuel hardware.
Manufacturer lists 10+ psi and a 75%+ horsepower gain; actual boost and results require review of engine condition, fuel and calibration. The in-line fuel pump may be omitted for a $98 credit when a suitable fuel system is supplied separately. FMU remains included.
Installation and ordering
Special-order kit requires a manufacturer order form and non-refundable deposit; additional lead time may apply. Provide VIN, year, transmission, suspension equipment and all engine/fuel/exhaust modifications. Suspension configuration may require hood or bracket modifications. Manufacturer suspension exclusions require compatibility review before order release. Larger injectors may be necessary for higher-boost configurations.

No emissions certification is claimed for this configuration. Confirm permitted use and registration-state requirements before ordering.
