ProCharger’s intercooled High Output supercharger system brings responsive centrifugal-supercharger power to supported 1997–2003 Ford F-150 and 1997–2002 Ford Expedition 4.6L 2-valve applications. It uses a self-contained P-1SC supercharger, application-specific bracketry, a 6-rib drive and a front-mounted air-to-air intercooler.

On a supported stock vehicle using premium fuel, ProCharger rates the complete system at 8–9 psi and an advertised 60–65% horsepower gain. Supplied fuel and programming components vary by exact year and configuration. Actual output depends on vehicle condition, fuel, calibration, elevation and modifications.

Fitment

Fits supported 1997–2003 Ford F-150 and 1997–2002 Ford Expedition 4.6L applications. The 2003 Expedition is excluded. ProCharger specifies a 2-core intercooler for 1997–1998 applications and a 3-core intercooler for 1999–2003 applications. Exact year, vehicle, drivetrain, VIN, fuel and engine configuration must be reviewed before release.
