ProCharger’s intercooled High Output tuner kit brings responsive centrifugal-supercharger power to supported 1997–2003 Ford F-150 and 1997–2002 Ford Expedition 5.4L 2-valve applications. It uses a self-contained P-1SC supercharger, application-specific bracketry, a 6-rib drive and a front-mounted air-to-air intercooler.

This tuner kit excludes fuel-system components and ECU calibration. A qualified calibrator must specify the fuel system, spark plugs, pulley and custom tune for the vehicle and power goal.

Fitment

Fits supported 1997–2003 Ford F-150 and 1997–2002 Ford Expedition 5.4L applications. The 2003 Expedition is excluded. ProCharger specifies a 2-core intercooler for 1997–1998 applications and a 3-core intercooler for 1999–2003 applications. Exact year, vehicle, drivetrain, VIN, fuel and engine configuration must be reviewed before release.

Tuner kits require professional calibration and are for competition use or otherwise exempt vehicles unless specific emissions eligibility is documented.
