ProCharger’s intercooled High Output system delivers substantial, usable centrifugal-supercharger power for supported 2004–2010 Ford F-150 and 2007–2008 Ford Expedition 5.4L applications. The package combines a self-contained P-1SC-1 supercharger, 2-core air-to-air intercooler, application-specific bracketry and the stock 6-rib drive.
On a supported stock vehicle using premium fuel, ProCharger rates the complete system at 8–9 psi and an advertised 60–65% horsepower gain. It includes the application-specific programmer; the factory ECM/computer code must be supplied before release. Actual output varies with engine condition, fuel, calibration, elevation and modifications.

Fitment and Pricing
Fits supported 2004–2010 Ford F-150 5.4L and 2007–2008 Ford Expedition 5.4L applications. Select the exact vehicle, year and drivetrain. VIN, registration state, fuel, engine configuration, ECM code and intended use are required before release.
The $7,498 base MAP applies to 2004–2008 F-150 applications. Current ProCharger MAP adds $200 for 2009–2010 F-150 and 2007–2008 Expedition applications. Complete-system emissions eligibility is reviewed against the exact VIN and configuration.
Direct-Ship Freight
This system ships directly from ProCharger. A $160 ground-freight charge and $35 drop-ship fee apply in addition to the configured product price.
