2004 Pontiac GTO LS1 ProCharger HO Complete System

ProCharger 1GN212-SCI HO Complete System for 2004 Pontiac GTO with the original 5.7L LS1 engine. Specify transmission and all modifications; excludes engine swaps.

Included hardware

Standard P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, GTO-specific air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and charge tubing. The complete system supplies 38 lb/hr injectors and a programmer with tuning for the supported stock application. The catalog configuration is 7 psi with a listed 50% power increase; results depend on condition, fuel and calibration.

Configuration

Choose satin, black or polished supercharger finish. Helical gearing is available. Bracket finish, valve configuration, Race intercooler and balancer choices are specified separately.

Installation requirements

Specify stock or aftermarket balancer and crank-pulley diameter. If using an aftermarket balancer, ProCharger specifies ATI Performance Products 918853 with hardened hub; this is not included in the base kit. Crank pinning is recommended, and a stock-balancer pin kit is supplied. Transmission cooling lines may require modification. The optional Race intercooler requires front-bumper modification.

Build review

Provide model year, VIN, transmission, balancer, fuel system, intended boost and tuner details. Modified vehicles may require custom dyno tuning rather than the supplied stock-application calibration.

Emissions

The manufacturer lists CARB EO D-365-6 for the approved 2004 complete-system configuration. Emissions approval applies only to the covered vehicle and hardware/calibration combination; upgrades require review.
