ProCharger 1GR212-SCI HO Complete System for supported 2007–2009 GM truck and SUV applications with the original 6.0L engine. Select this larger-engine package rather than the separately priced 4.8L/5.3L version bearing the same manufacturer part number. Supply exact year, model, VIN, engine, drivetrain and chassis equipment. The 2007 Classic body style and engine swaps are not covered by this listing.

Included equipment

A standard satin P-1SC-1 supercharger, shared factory 6-rib drive, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and application tubing form the base system. Complete-system fuel injectors, fuel-pump booster, handheld programmer and stock-application calibration are included. Begin the programmer and calibration workflow before installation.

Configure your system

Select the head unit, gearset and housing finish above. P-1X and helical gearing are optional. Bracket finish, Race valve, vertical intercooler conversion and stock-balancer crank pin kit are selected separately. The 3-core intercooler is already included; no 2-core upgrade charge applies.

Application and installation

The manufacturer catalog specifies 7–8 psi and a 50%+ power gain for the standard application. Results vary with condition, fuel and calibration. Document all engine, exhaust and fuel-system modifications; modified vehicles may require custom tuning. Heavy-duty chassis, Hydroboost and nonstandard balancer combinations require application review before ordering. Do not assume this package fits a later 6.0L application solely because the displacement matches.

Emissions configuration

ProCharger lists the 2007–2009 6.0L HO P-1SC-1 configuration under CARB EO D-365-10. Approval applies only to the specified vehicle and certified configuration. Head-unit upgrades and modifications are not automatically covered. Provide registration state and intended use.
