2007–2009 GM Truck & SUV 6.0L ProCharger HO Tuner Kit
ProCharger 1GR202-SCI HO Tuner Kit for supported 2007–2009 GM truck and SUV applications with the original non-hybrid 6.0L engine. Verified applications are 2007–2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Chevrolet Avalanche, Chevrolet Suburban 1500 and GMC Yukon XL 1500 with the factory L76 engine (VIN eighth digit Y). Suburban 2500 and Yukon XL 2500 are not included. This larger-engine package has different equipment and pricing from the 4.8L/5.3L kit sharing the manufacturer part number. Excludes 2007 Classic, hybrids and engine swaps. Supply exact model, year, VIN, drivetrain and chassis equipment.
Included hardware
The base package includes a satin P-1SC-1 supercharger, shared factory 6-rib drive, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and application tubing. Fuel injectors, fuel-pump booster, other fuel-system upgrades, programmer and tuning are not supplied. Appropriate fuel hardware and custom calibration must be provided before operation.
Configuration choices
Select the supercharger, gearing and housing finish. Catalog head-unit upgrades include P-1X, P-1R, D-1SC, D-1X, F-1D, F-1 and F-1A, with helical gearing available for P- and D-series. Larger Stage II-only heads and the dedicated 8-to-10-rib upgrade do not apply to this shared-drive HO kit. Specify desired boost, fuel and power goal for pulley and fuel-system selection.
Supporting options
Bracket finish, Race valve, vertical intercooler conversion and stock-balancer crank pin kit are selected separately. The 3-core intercooler is already included. Vertical conversion may require trimming. Heavy-duty chassis, Hydroboost, nonstandard balancer and SUV configurations require exact application review before ordering.
Fitment and use
Provide exact vehicle details, hybrid status, transmission, fuel, tuner and modifications. Do not assume later 6.0L applications fit solely because displacement matches. This tuner kit is intended for racing or off-road use and is not emissions certified or legal for street use in California. Complete systems with application tuning are separate listings.
Processing & Shipping Overview
Processing occurs before shipping.
Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
Made-to-order, special-order, vendor drop-ship, and freight items require additional processing time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
For the most up-to-date order status or lead time questions, please contact sales@smgspeed.com or use live chat during business hours.
