2007–2013 GM Truck / 2007–2014 SUV 4.8L & 5.3L ProCharger HO Complete System

ProCharger 1GR212-SCI HO Complete System for late-2007–2013 GM 1500 trucks and 2007–2014 GM SUVs with supported original 4.8L or 5.3L engines. Excludes the 2007 Classic body style, engine swaps and 6.0L/6.2L configurations. Supply the exact model, year, engine, VIN and 2WD/4WD configuration.

System contents

The standard package combines a satin P-1SC-1 supercharger, factory shared 6-rib drive, 2-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and application tubing. Complete-system fuel injectors, handheld programmer and stock-application calibration are supplied. The 4.8L/5.3L application does not require the fuel-pump booster used on larger-engine versions.

Performance and configuration

The catalog lists 8–9 psi and a 50–55% power increase for the standard supported application. Results depend on engine condition, fuel and calibration. Select the supercharger, gearset and housing finish above. P-1X is an optional upgrade. Bracket finish, valve, intercooler and crank-pin-kit choices are configured separately.

Installation and tuning

Specify all engine, exhaust and fuel-system changes. The included calibration applies to the supported stock application; modified vehicles may require custom tuning. Begin the supplied programmer and calibration workflow before installation. Chassis and equipment differences can require installation modifications. This HO package uses the shared factory belt drive; the dedicated-drive Stage II system is a separate listing.

Emissions configuration

ProCharger lists the 2007–2013 4.8L/5.3L HO P-1SC-1 configuration under CARB EO D-365-10. Coverage applies only to the approved vehicle and configuration. Do not assume that the P-1X upgrade, other modifications or 2014 SUV applications are covered. Provide registration state and intended use for the correct configuration.
