ProCharger 1GR312-SCI Stage II Complete System for late-2007–2013 GM 1500 trucks and 2007–2014 GM SUVs with original 4.8L or 5.3L engines. Excludes 2007 Classic, engine swaps and 6.0L/6.2L packages. Specify exact model, year, engine, VIN and 2WD/4WD configuration.

Stage II hardware

The standard package includes a satin P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, 2-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and application tubing. Upgraded fuel injectors, handheld programmer and stock-application calibration are supplied. The catalog includes a stock-balancer crank pin kit with Stage II.

Configuration

The standard application is listed at 8–9 psi with a 50–55% power increase; results depend on engine condition, fuel and calibration. Choose P-1SC-1 or optional P-1X, straight-cut or helical gearing, and satin, black or polished finish. Bracket finish, Race valve, intercooler and forward-facing inlet upgrades are selected separately. The optional forward-facing inlet replaces the standard rear-facing inlet.

Installation

Begin the programmer and calibration workflow before installation. Supply details of engine, exhaust, fuel system and balancer changes. Modified vehicles may require custom calibration. Chassis and equipment differences can require installation modifications. The 3-core intercooler upgrade uses 3-inch tubing; optional vertical intercooler conversion may require trimming. Installer must confirm compatibility of aftermarket components.

Fitment and emissions

Provide exact vehicle, transmission, drivetrain, registration state and intended use. This dedicated-drive Stage II package must not be treated as covered by the HO system emission approval. ProCharger identifies the HO system as the street-legal option for this application; Stage II emissions approval has not been established for this listing.
