ProCharger 1GR312-SCI Stage II Complete System for supported 2007–2013 GM truck and SUV applications with original 6.0L or 6.2L engines. Excludes 2007 Classic and engine swaps. Supply exact year, model, VIN, engine, transmission and drivetrain. SUV, heavy-duty and nonstandard chassis applications require exact confirmation; do not assume fit solely from engine displacement.

Included Stage II equipment

The base configuration includes a satin P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve, application tubing and stock-balancer crank pin kit. Upgraded fuel injectors, fuel-pump booster, handheld programmer and stock-application calibration are included.

Configuration choices

The catalog lists 7–8 psi and a 50%+ power increase for the standard supported application. Results vary with engine condition, fuel and calibration. Select P-1SC-1 or optional P-1X, straight-cut or helical gearing, and satin, black or polished housing finish. Bracket finish, Race valve, vertical intercooler conversion and forward-facing inlet are selected separately. The 3-core intercooler and crank pin kit are already included.

Installation and tuning

Begin the programmer and calibration workflow before installation. Describe engine, exhaust, fuel-system, balancer and chassis changes. Modified vehicles may require custom tuning. Vertical intercooler conversion may require trimming. The forward-facing inlet replaces the standard rear-facing inlet.

Fitment and emissions

Provide registration state and intended use. This dedicated-drive Stage II package must not be treated as covered by the HO system emissions approval. ProCharger identifies the HO package as the street-legal option; Stage II emissions approval has not been established for this listing. Later SUV years and HD/Hydroboost installations require separate application review.
