2008–2009 Pontiac G8 GT ProCharger HO Complete System

ProCharger 1GS212-SCI HO Complete System for the 2008–2009 Pontiac G8 GT with the original 6.0L L76 engine. Excludes V6 models and engine swaps.

Included hardware

Standard P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, 2-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and charge tubing. The complete system includes 50 lb/hr injectors and a handheld programmer with tuning for the supported stock application. The catalog configuration uses 8 psi and lists a 50–55% power increase; actual results depend on vehicle condition, fuel and calibration.

Configuration

Select satin, black or polished supercharger finish. Helical gearing is available on P- and D-series selections. Bracket finish, open Race valve and 3-core intercooler upgrades are selected separately.

Fitment and installation

2009 G8 applications require GM balancer 12674582. Verify this prerequisite before ordering; do not assume a replacement balancer is included. Pinning the balancer to the crank is recommended, and a stock-balancer pin kit is supplied. The optional 3-core intercooler requires modifications. Provide model year, VIN, transmission, installed balancer, fuel and all engine modifications.

Complete-system compatibility is limited to G8 GT. GXP requires a separately reviewed tuner-kit configuration. Modified GT vehicles may need custom dyno tuning.
