2008–2009 Pontiac G8 GT ProCharger HO Tuner Kit

ProCharger 1GS202-SCI HO Tuner Kit for the 2008–2009 Pontiac G8 GT with the original 6.0L L76 engine. Excludes V6 models and engine swaps.

Included hardware

Standard P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, 2-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and charge tubing. Injectors, fuel-system upgrades, programmer and custom calibration are not supplied. Your installer must provide appropriate fuel hardware and tuning.

Configuration

D-1SC, F-1D, F-1 and F-1A head upgrades are available. Select satin, black or polished supercharger finish. Helical gearing is available on P- and D-series selections. Bracket finish, open Race valve and 3-core intercooler upgrades are selected separately.

Fitment and installation

2009 G8 applications require GM balancer 12674582. Verify this prerequisite before ordering; do not assume a replacement balancer is included. Pinning the balancer to the crank is recommended, and a stock-balancer pin kit is supplied. The optional 3-core intercooler requires modifications. Provide model year, VIN, transmission, installed balancer, fuel and all engine modifications.

The manufacturer also identifies GXP tuner-kit compatibility with modifications. GXP installations require application-specific review to establish the necessary changes; this is not a direct-fit GXP claim.
