2014–2018 GM Truck / 2015–2020 SUV ProCharger HO Tuner Kit
ProCharger 1GV202-SCI HO Intercooled Tuner Kit for supported 2014–2018 GM 1500 trucks and 2015–2020 GM SUVs with original 5.3L or 6.2L engines. Select the exact engine and provide VIN, transmission, drivetrain and modifications for application review.
Hardware and tuning
The standard package uses a P-1SC-1 supercharger, shared factory 6-rib drive, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and application tubing. This tuner kit excludes fuel-system upgrades and calibration. The installer must specify the fuel system, boost and custom tuning required for the complete engine combination before operation.
Vehicle applications
Truck coverage includes 2014–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 with supported 5.3L or 6.2L engines. SUV coverage includes 2015–2020 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban with 5.3L, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL with supported 5.3L or 6.2L, and Cadillac Escalade/ESV with 6.2L. Chevrolet 6.2L coverage is limited to 2018–2020 Tahoe and 2019–2020 Suburban. HD 6.0L applications use a separate kit; engine swaps require separate review.
Configuration choices
Choose the catalog-listed supercharger, gearset and housing finish. Helical gearing is offered for P- and D-series only. Larger supercharger selections require review of engine, fuel, belt-drive and clearance requirements. Bracket finish, vertical intercooler conversion and forward-facing inlet are selected separately. This HO kit does not include the Stage II dedicated drive; the catalog Race valve and Race intercooler upgrades are limited to Stage II tuner kits.
Installation and emissions
Power and boost depend on the specified engine combination and calibration. Provide registration state and intended use for emissions review. Complete-system CARB approval does not automatically establish approval for a custom-calibrated tuner kit.
2017–2018 intercooler fitment
ProCharger application-guide footnote BB7 specifies a vertical intercooler for 2017–2018 trucks and a horizontal intercooler for 2017–2018 SUVs. Intercooler orientation must match the exact model and year; these are not interchangeable choices for those applications. Supply the VIN and body type so the required configuration and applicable pricing can be confirmed before the order is released.
