2014–2018 GM Truck / 2015–2020 SUV ProCharger Stage II Complete System

ProCharger 1GV312-SCI Stage II Complete System for supported 2014–2018 GM 1500 trucks and 2015–2020 GM SUVs with original 5.3L or 6.2L engines. Provide the exact year, model, engine, VIN, transmission, drivetrain and modifications.

Dedicated-drive hardware

The standard package uses a P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, 3-core air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and application tubing. The dedicated belt drive is separate from the factory accessory drive.

Fuel and calibration

The complete system retains the factory fuel injectors and includes application-specific engine calibration. Confirm the programming process for the exact model year and PCM before installation; do not assume every year includes the same handheld workflow. Transmission calibration changes are not included. Manufacturer performance figures assume the specified stock engine, premium fuel and supplied calibration.

Vehicle applications

Truck coverage includes 2014–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 with supported 5.3L or 6.2L engines. SUV coverage includes 2015–2020 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban with 5.3L, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL with supported 5.3L or 6.2L, and Cadillac Escalade/ESV with 6.2L. Chevrolet 6.2L coverage is limited to 2018–2020 Tahoe and 2019–2020 Suburban. HD 6.0L applications use a separate kit; engine swaps require separate review.

Intercooler configuration

Manufacturer application footnote BB7 requires a vertical intercooler on 2017–2018 trucks and a horizontal intercooler on 2017–2018 SUVs. Confirm the exact year and body configuration before selecting upgrades. Trimming or component relocation may be required.

Crank balancer information

Specify the stock or aftermarket crank balancer and installed part numbers. Manufacturer footnote BB8 identifies IW #760 or ATI #918645 with #916358; specify hardened-hub details so the dedicated drive can be matched to the installation.

Configuration and installation

Select the supported supercharger, gearset and housing finish. Bracket finish and applicable belt-drive or intercooler upgrades are separate selections. Larger head units require engine, fuel, drive and clearance review. Race valve and Race intercooler upgrades are cataloged for Stage II tuner kits only. Boost and power depend on the complete engine combination and calibration.

Emissions

Emissions approval must be confirmed against the exact model year, engine, head unit, part number and CARB Executive Order. Do not assume the same approval applies to every 5.3L/6.2L or 2019–2020 application. Supply registration state and intended use for review.
