2015–2019 GM 2500 HD 6.0L ProCharger HO Tuner Kit

ProCharger 1GV304-SCI HO Tuner Kit for supported 2015–2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD with the original 6.0L gasoline engine. Supply year, model, VIN, 2WD/4WD, transmission and modifications.

Intercooled hardware

The standard application uses a P-1SC-1 supercharger, factory 6-rib belt drive, 3-core vertical air-to-air intercooler, ProFlow valve and rear-facing inlet. The vertical intercooler is included; it is not an additional conversion charge for this HD package.

Fuel and calibration

This tuner kit excludes fuel injectors, other fuel-system upgrades and calibration. The installer must supply a suitable fuel system and custom tuning for the engine combination.

Configuration and installation

Select satin, black or polished supercharger finish, with straight-cut or optional helical gearing. Bracket finish is separate. Premium gasoline of at least 91 octane is required by the installation guide. Modified engines, fuel systems or exhaust require calibration and compatibility review. Installation includes crank pinning and application-specific component relocation; review the manufacturer manual before starting.

Fitment and emissions

This listing covers the 6.0L 2500 HD application only. It does not establish compatibility with diesel, 6.6L, 1500, 3500 or engine-swap applications. Provide registration state and intended use for emissions review; no CARB approval is claimed for this package.
