2017–2021 Camaro ZL1 ProCharger Stage II Tuner Kit
ProCharger 1GY204-SCI Stage II intercooled tuner kit for 2017–2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 with the original LT4 engine. Excludes Camaro SS, V6, 2.0L turbo and engine swaps.
Included hardware
Standard D-1SC supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive, Stage II air-to-air intercooler, Bullet blow-off valve and charge tubing. No tuning or fuel-system components are supplied. Your installer must provide compatible calibration and any required fuel upgrades.
Intake manifold selection
The factory roots supercharger is replaced for this conversion. Choose the kit without an intake manifold only when supplying a compatible replacement manifold. The catalog lists the base kit without manifold at $8,298 and with manifold at $10,298. The port-injection manifold upgrade adds $500 to the with-manifold configuration; injectors and engine-management hardware are not represented as included. Both standard manifold configurations share the catalog part number 1GY204-SCI; your selected configuration determines the supplied equipment.
Supercharger and finish
Select D-1SC, D-1X, F-1D, F-1, F-1A or F-1A-94. Helical gears are available on the D-series choices only. Supercharger finish is selected here; bracket and manifold finishes are separate options. Optional belt-drive, intercooler and valve choices must match the final build.
Required balancer and installation limits
An ATI Performance Products 918856 balancer with hardened hub is required and is not included in the base kit. Select the separately priced balancer unless your installer has verified that the correct unit is already installed. ProCharger specifies a maximum 10% overdrive crank pulley. Race air-to-air and air-to-water intercooler configurations require inner bumper support modifications.
Fitment and ordering
Provide VIN, model year, transmission, installed intake manifold, planned boost, fuel and all engine modifications. The installer must verify clearances, drive compatibility and calibration for the selected equipment.
Emissions
This tuner kit is not emissions certified. Confirm intended use and applicable requirements before ordering.
