Redesigned GM truck system: cooler, cleaner and easier to tune
ProCharger has redesigned its 2019-2026 Silverado and Sierra 1500 system for the 5.3L and 6.2L engines. The latest package combines a larger air-to-air intercooler, optimized charge tubing, a high-flow inlet and simplified routing to improve airflow, reduce charge-air temperature and make installation more straightforward while preserving smooth daily drivability.
6.2L High Output Complete System: engineered for a street-focused combination with 8 psi and an advertised 190+ horsepower gain on 93 octane. This complete system includes the ProCharger-specified fuel and calibration components for the supported stock configuration.

Complete system details
Includes the fuel and PCM calibration components specified by ProCharger for the supported stock configuration. The factory PCM must be removed and shipped for programming. Complete systems are engineered for 8 psi and approximately 45-50% more power on 93-octane gasoline; ProCharger lists gains of 160+ hp for the 5.3L and 190+ hp for the 6.2L.
Required order information
Select the exact year, Chevrolet/GMC model, engine, drivetrain, build architecture, fuel, and emissions use. A 17-character VIN is required. GM used Global A and Global B electrical architectures in this range; the fifth VIN character identifies the architecture. Flex-Fuel vehicles must be operated on gasoline with a supplied ProCharger calibration.
