ProCharger High Output Tuner Kit for 2020-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.8L / 7.3L
Build a custom-calibrated Super Duty around ProCharger's proven High Output hardware. The tuner kit provides the same vehicle-specific mounting, drive, charge-air, and intercooler hardware as the complete system while leaving fuel-system and calibration choices to your builder.
High Output Hardware for Custom Builds
- Satin P-1SC-1 self-contained ProCharger supercharger
- 3-core air-to-air intercooler
- Factory 6-rib drive and factory airbox retained
- Bullet blow-off valve
- Application-specific brackets, tubing, belt drive, and installation hardware
- D-1SC, D-1X, and selected F-series head-unit upgrades available for approved combinations
Tuner Kit — Calibration and Fuel Components Not Included
No ECM calibration, handheld programmer, injectors, or other fuel-system upgrade components are included. Final boost, fuel system, pulley, blow-off valve, and calibration must be selected with a qualified tuner before ordering. Tuner kits are not emissions certified.
Fitment and Required Order Information
Fits supported 2020-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 gasoline trucks with the 6.8L or 7.3L Godzilla V8 and factory 10-speed automatic. This kit is not for the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. Dual-alternator installations remove the second alternator while retaining the second battery. VIN, model year, engine, drivetrain, alternator configuration, fuel, registration state, vehicle use, modifications, tuner, target boost, and power goal are required before release.
Direct-Ship Freight
This made-to-order kit ships directly from ProCharger. A $160 ground-freight charge plus a $35 drop-ship fee ($195 total) applies to the base shipment. Oversize or expedited requests may require a revised quote.

Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
