Redesigned GM SUV system: cooler, cleaner and easier to tune

ProCharger has redesigned its 2021-2026 Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and Escalade system for the 5.3L and 6.2L engines. The latest package combines a larger air-to-air intercooler, optimized charge tubing, a high-flow inlet and simplified routing to improve airflow, reduce charge-air temperature and make installation more straightforward while preserving smooth daily drivability.

High Output Tuner Kit: the street-focused shared 6-rib configuration for modified 5.3L and 6.2L combinations. Fuel-system components and custom tuning are selected separately so the system can be matched to the vehicle and power goal.

Tuner kit details

Includes the core supercharger, drive, intercooler, and mounting hardware without ProCharger tuning or fuel components. Choose a tuner kit for a professionally calibrated modified engine, alternative fuel, or higher-power build. Final boost, fuel supply, calibration, and emissions compliance are the purchaser's responsibility.

Required order information

Exact year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, electrical architecture, VIN, fuel, and emissions use are required before release. GM used Global A and Global B architectures during this model range; the fifth VIN character identifies the correct configuration. Flex-Fuel vehicles must use gasoline when operated with a supplied ProCharger calibration.
