The mounts attach to the rack's dovetail track at any edge creating endless cargo configurations. Spring Loaded Tie Downs offer loads of flexibility and can clip on one-handed while arranging straps and cargo. Eye Bolt Tie Downs stay securely on the BASE Rack when not in use.
