Built with 0.275” uniform thick walls, BD’s manifolds are 75% thicker than OEM to combat warping and cracking. Designed to be a one-stop drop-in kit, BD’s manifold kits include all fasteners and gaskets needed for a smooth, trouble-free installation. BD’s manifolds are painted to prevent rusting and include longer fasteners and spacers to reduce the stress on the fasteners. Plus, BD’s manifolds outflow the factory manifolds by 10%!
