TooHighPsi's billet thermostat housing replaces the factory plastic housing on GM Gen V LT engines. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and uses a double O-ring seal with interchangeable ORB-style fittings for the main coolant and steam-vent connections.

The housing is designed for standard LS-style thermostats used in LS3, LSA and LS9 applications.

Compatible engine families: LT1, LT4, L83, L84, L86, L87 and L8X.
