BTR Gen V LT Trinity Intake Manifold Package

BTR Gen V LT Trinity intake packages let you select one exact manifold SKU and optional matching BTR fuel rails and EVAP adapter. Choose the installed engine and runner configuration first. This is a configurable parts package, not a complete fuel-system or engine-conversion kit.

Availability: BTR listed TRA-GENV-BLK-ML and TRA-LTTK-INJ-P1 on backorder on September 22, 2026. Orders are accepted without a guaranteed ship date. Confirm current availability before scheduling installation.

What your selection includes

One selected intake manifold, plus one fuel-rail kit and one EVAP adapter only when selected. “None - not included” means that accessory is not supplied. Injectors, throttle body, purge solenoid, hoses, wiring, tuning and Chevrolet fuel line are not included. Manufacturer images illustrate different configurations; order by the selected SKU and contents.

Matched accessories

• Short-runner LT1 and LT4 injector-port manifolds: FRK-01 or FRK-01-12.
• Mid-length and truck injector-port manifolds: FRK-02 or FRK-02-12.
• Manifolds without injector ports have no port-injection rail option.
• 12AN rail kits require separately sourced fittings. Check injector length, seals and brackets; FRK-01-series rails used with truck-length injectors require four BRKT-02 brackets, not added by this package.
• EVAP-A is the Gen V passenger-car adapter; TR-LTTK-EVAP is for Trinity truck manifolds. Both require drilling the intake. The purge solenoid is not included. Verify the selected adapter against your manifold and retained EVAP system.

If choosing no rails on an injector-port intake, supply the correct rails and injectors separately; do not leave injector openings unsealed. No third-party throttle body or fuel-line add-on is included.

Engine and installation requirements

LT4 heads require TRA-LT4 or TRA-LT4-BLK runners. Other LT1/truck options are not substitutes for LT4 fitment. An LT4 Trinity conversion does not retain the original supercharger/intake assembly. L83 5.3L applications require an L86/LT1 or compatible aftermarket throttle body. BTR recommends checking the 12663577 LT4 fuel line for clearance; it is not included.

Vehicle references identify compatible engine families, not blanket bolt-on fitment. Verify head ports, hood/accessory clearance, fuel-system layout and calibration, especially for swaps. Mid-length and truck-height manifolds cannot inherit the short-runner hood-clearance claims. Natural-finish castings can vary slightly in color.

Vehicle and configuration guide

• 2016–2024 Camaro SS (including 2017–2024 SS 1LE) and 2020–2024 Camaro LT1: select an LT1 short- or mid-runner option; check clearance for the chosen runner height.
• 2014–2019 Corvette Stingray/Z51 and 2017–2019 Grand Sport: select LT1 short-runner options for the manufacturer’s low-hood application guidance. Do not assume mid/truck runner clearance.
• 2017–2024 Camaro ZL1 (2018–2024 ZL1 1LE) and 2015–2019 Corvette Z06: select TRA-LT4 or TRA-LT4-BLK only. These are custom induction conversions, not bolt-ons retaining the original supercharger.
• 2014–2018 Silverado/Sierra 1500 with L83 5.3L or L86 6.2L: select a TRA-LTTK truck intake. Excludes V6, HD/Gen IV engines and L8B eAssist. L83 throttle-body changes are required.

Match the actual installed engine and exact selected SKU. Older LS vehicles, other LT engines and swaps require individual build verification; a fitment-search result does not make all 12 manifold options interchangeable.

Shipping estimates

Variant weights sum the selected parts’ published catalog weights, provisionally interpreted as pounds: 26.3–39.5 lb before outer packing. BTR’s dimensional fields are not confirmed packed measurements. Each option uses a provisional 30 × 16 × 16 in carton with a 1 lb packing allowance, giving estimated packed totals of 27.3–40.5 lb. Confirm actual packed dimensions and weight before shipment.

Optional truck airbox connection

Using a Trinity truck manifold in a compatible 2014–2018 GM truck or Gen V SUV layout? BTR CAT-TR-01 cold-air tube kit connects it to the factory airbox and is sold separately, not included in any package option above. Verify vehicle layout and throttle body; a 103mm setup requires the separate CAT-TR-04 coupler kit. Not for the LT1 passenger-car or LT4 manifold options.
