BTR Gen V Supercharged Cam Kit for compatible GM Gen V LT supercharged engine builds. Not a Gen III/IV LS or LSA cam package.
Included: One selected BTR camshaft, the exact selected BTR dual-spring kit and one selected BTR VVT lockout. Optional BTR pushrods are a set of 16 only when a length is selected; No pushrods includes none. Supercharger, lifters, gaskets, installation tools and lubricant are not included.
Cam selection: L83 PDS Stock Converter is designed for boosted L83 combinations with smaller positive-displacement blowers and a factory torque converter. Stage 1 suits smaller centrifugal/PDS builds; BTR notes stock-converter operation in 6.2L applications but an upgraded converter may be needed on L83. Stage 2 and Stage 3 require an appropriate aftermarket converter for best drivability. Stage 3 requires piston flycutting when used in an L83. The 4-inch Stroke cam is intended for a 400–416-cubic-inch stroker supercharged combination and an aftermarket converter. All choices require build-specific fuel-system, clearances and tuning checks.
Spring package: SK007 .660-inch and SK707 .685-inch kits have head/guide/locator-specific versions. SK008 and SK008/BZ are LT4-head-specific spring kits, not interchangeable with stock LT1/L83/L86 valvetrain geometry. Match stock versus bronze guides, installed height, locator thickness and rocker/tip-saver clearance. SK707 bronze-guide packages have limited stock-rocker applicability. A selectable kit is not proof that every spring choice fits your engine.
Pushrods and lockout: BTR chromoly 3/8-inch diameter, .080-inch wall pushrods are offered in 7.800, 7.825, 7.850 or 7.875-inch lengths; measure your assembled engine. Select BTR-VVT-GENV-LO or BTR-VVT-GEN-VP-LO to match the actual phaser. A full lockout is included in every configuration, not a 4-degree limiter. Hardened pushrods are recommended for these power-adder builds even though the manufacturer allows a no-pushrod configuration.
Fitment: Engine-family vehicle entries identify possible Gen V donor applications, not a promise of stock-engine drop-in installation. A compatible supercharged combination is required; naturally aspirated donor vehicles need the appropriate supporting conversion. Confirm actual engine, bore/stroke, piston clearance, fuel-pump lobe requirements, head and rocker geometry, spring setup, phaser generation and calibration. Swaps must be matched to the installed components.
Inventory and shipping: Manual BTR listing; inventory tracking off and continue-selling enabled. Provisional carton 26 × 12 × 8 inches with 1 lb separate tare. Contents/packing allowance is 24.5 lb without pushrods or 27.5 lb with them. These are conservative shipping estimates, not measured manufacturer package specifications.
Optional BTR tools, sold separately: T002 valve-seal installer, BTR-T001 pneumatic valve-holding tool, and BTRHM spring-height micrometer. Third-party AMP lockout, Gwatney/Cam Motion tools and Driven lubricant are excluded from this BTR-only package.
Vehicle-search donor applications: 2016–2024 Camaro SS, 2020–2024 Camaro LT1, 2014–2019 Corvette LT1, and 2014–2018 Silverado/Sierra 1500 with 5.3L L83 or 6.2L L86 engines. These factory naturally aspirated vehicles require a suitable supercharged build for this kit. The L83 PDS choice is specific to the stated L83 combination; other cam choices have different engine, converter and clearance requirements. No blanket factory ZL1/Z06/ZR1 or naturally aspirated drop-in claim is made.
