Chevy Big-Block ProCharger D-1SC Modular Accessory Drive Supercharger Kit
ProCharger 1CB400-D1SC combines a D-1SC supercharger with the Chevrolet Big-Block modular accessory drive.
Package configuration
Select non-intercooled or 3-core / 825 hp intercooled configuration. Intercooler ratings describe capacity, not guaranteed engine output. The full package includes alternator, power-steering and A/C brackets; accessory units are sold separately. Satin-only omission choices deduct 300 dollars for power-steering hardware, 200 dollars for A/C hardware, or 500 dollars for both. Selected variant prices already include these adjustments.
Finish and gear choices
Satin accessory brackets are standard; black adds 250 dollars and polished adds 350 dollars. Straight-cut supercharger gears and satin housing finish are standard. Helical gears add 110 dollars; black housing adds 295 dollars and polished adds 450 dollars. Supercharger-bracket finish is selected separately.
Engine and installation fitment
For custom Chevrolet Big-Block engine installations. Provide block manufacturer, casting, displacement, deck height, cylinder heads, crank balancer, water-pump configuration, chassis and accessory clearances for application review. Uses a compatible short reverse-rotation water pump, CS-130 alternator with 6.14-inch mounting-bolt spacing, GM compact Type 2 power-steering pump and Sanden SD7 six-rib A/C compressor where fitted. Confirm the exact components and pulley alignment; accessory units are supplied only when separately selected.
Build requirements
Provide induction type, target boost, maximum RPM, fuel system and tuner. Fuel-system upgrades, calibration, charge plumbing and vehicle integration must be planned for the specific build. Engine-family compatibility does not establish direct vehicle year/make/model fitment. Carburetor hat selection requires compatible blow-through induction and clearance review.
