Chevy Big-Block ProCharger Modular Serpentine Accessory Drive Kit | 1CB300

The ProCharger 1CB300 modular serpentine accessory drive provides a configurable front accessory layout for a Chevrolet big-block engine project. Choose the accessory-bracket package and finish above. A supercharger can be added later with the correct mounting hardware.

Included hardware

The base kit includes the water-pump pulley, crank pulley, alternator bracket and pulley, serpentine belt and tensioner. The selected power-steering package adds its bracket and pulley; the selected A/C package adds its bracket and pulley-cover hardware.

• 1CB300-AC: Alternator + A/C bracket package
• 1CB300-PS-AC: Alternator + Power Steering + A/C bracket package

Satin accessory brackets are standard. Black adds $250 and polished adds $350. The variant price includes the selected bracket package and finish.

Components sold separately

The water pump, alternator, power-steering pump, A/C compressor and crank balancer are not included. This base accessory-drive kit does not include a supercharger, supercharger bracket/drive, intercooler, bypass valve or charge plumbing. Select compatible accessory units and any future supercharger hardware for the exact engine and installation.

Engine and installation fitment

For custom Chevrolet big-block engine installations. Provide engine displacement and deck height, cylinder heads, crank/balancer, water-pump configuration, chassis, accessory requirements and clearances for application review. Engine-family compatibility does not establish direct vehicle year/make/model fitment.

The manufacturer specifies a CS-130 alternator with 6.14-inch bolt spacing, a GM compact Type 2 power-steering pump and a Sanden SD7 six-rib A/C compressor when those accessory positions are used. Match component mounting and pulley alignment to the exact drive kit.

The BBC arrangement requires a short reverse-rotation water pump. ProCharger cites Edelbrock 8854; Edelbrock specifies this pump for 1965–1987 Mark IV big-block engines with aftermarket serpentine pulleys and a 5-3/4-inch block-to-hub dimension. Confirm compatibility for later blocks, aftermarket castings and your exact pulley alignment before selecting a pump. Supercharger mounting layouts differ for standard head units, F-1X/F-2 units and early F-body chassis; plan any future supercharger installation around the applicable bracket and dimensional drawing.

Manufacturer reference imagery shows assembled configurations, including optional accessory units and, in some configurations, a supercharger. The engine and pictured accessories are not included in the base kit. Only the selected bracket package and explicitly selected add-ons are supplied.
