The Dinan High Flow Air Mass Meters compliment the cold air intake on the E39 M5 by further increasing the engine's ability to breathe. The high flow units feature a larger internal diameter enabling air to flow more freely from the cold air intake to the intake plenum for increased power. The Dinan Air Mass Meters are manufactured from aluminum, as compared to the plastic stock units, and have been designed to accommodate the stock electronics for increased durability and seamless integration. Stage 3 engine software provides the proper engine management to take advantage of the modification resulting in maximum power gains and BMW-like drivability.
Installation Instructions- More Power: + 6 HP @ 7000 RPM, + 5 LB-FT @ 7000 RPM (coupled w/ engine software).
- Made of aluminum and powder coated black for maximum durability.
