Replace the failure-prone OEM plastic Gen V LT thermostat housing with this CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum DMS assembly. The housing uses a double O-ring seal and repositions the upper nipple to improve durability around the accessory drive.
- Includes LS3-style 160-degree thermostat
- 6061 billet aluminum housing

- Fits L83, L86, LT1, LT4 and LT5 engines
Fitment: Gen V LT engines. Some trucks with aftermarket intakes or superchargers may have interference; compare the 3/8-inch line position before ordering.
Warranty: Manufacturer lifetime warranty applies to the housing; thermostat element is excluded.
Shipping: Physical product. Packaged weight is temporarily estimated and marked for audit.
