Ford Small-Block Carb / Aftermarket EFI ProCharger 12-Rib Non-Intercooled Kit | 1FX022-D1SC

1FX022-D1SC is a ProCharger 12-rib non-intercooled kit for carbureted or aftermarket-EFI small-block Ford builds using the 1985–1993 Mustang accessory arrangement. The base head is D-1SC; select available upgrades above.

Intercooler ratings describe component capacity, not guaranteed engine output. Fuel-system upgrades and the carburetor or EFI system are separate.

Engine and accessory requirements

Specify engine deck height, Windsor or Yates cylinder heads, and whether power steering is used. These configurations do not work with A/C. Carbureted applications need a compatible Holley 4150-style or similar blow-through carburetor and fuel-system upgrades. Confirm chassis, induction and pulley clearances for the actual build. The 1985–1993 reference identifies the accessory layout; it is not a blanket direct-fit claim for stock vehicles.

Configuration choices

Supercharger finish is satin, black (+$295) or polished (+$450). P/D heads offer straight-cut or helical gears (+$110). F-series upgrades, where listed, use straight-cut gears only. Selected head, gearset and finish surcharges are included in the variant price.

Order preparation

Provide chassis/VIN, engine details, accessory arrangement, fuel and tuner, target boost, power and maximum RPM. Available bracket finishes, compatible fuel components, valve and carb-hat options are selected separately. Verify intended use and installation requirements before order release.
