US applications include 2001-2002 Base only with Sport/Suspension package, 2001-2005 LS, 2001-2003 SE, 2003-2005 Base, 2003 Shinsen and 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed. Original single-piston caliper and retaining hardware required. Excludes standard 10.0-inch front brakes, NA 1990-1997 and NC 2006-onward brakes, carbon-ceramic rotors and unverified aftermarket conversions. Confirm actual rotor diameter; market-specific equipment can differ.
