Base requires the Sport/Suspension package. Mazda OE catalog distinguishes rear pad/hardware sets at chassis/VIN 206466; confirm the actual D891 backing plate, clips, shims and parking-brake hardware before ordering. Do not assume interchangeability with HB468/D1002 .492-inch pads or the later replacement hardware. Excludes standard 9.9-inch rear brakes, Mazdaspeed, NC brakes, carbon-ceramic rotors and unverified conversions.
2003 rear application requires exact pad/hardware confirmation.
