Stanadyne/Katech Goliath High Pressure Fuel Pump

Developed in partnership with Stanadyne the Goliath high pressure fuel pump is a high-quality, modular solution addressing the fuel flow limiting factors of the stock Gen V LT mechanical fuel pump when trying to increase the power output. The Goliath High Pressure Fuel Pump has been tested to over 1,500hp on gasoline and over 1,300hp on E85 using Katech's in house engine dyno!

-Precision machined and assembled fuel pump assembly using brand new production LT1 fuel pump cores
-12.0 mm diameter bore size
-DLC coated bore and piston
-Compatible with production LT1 and LT4 fuel pump lobes and with aftermarket higher lift fuel pump lobes
-100% hot tested pump assemblies to confirm performance and functionality

-Increased fuel flow allows higher power levels without having to resort to auxiliary fuel systems

-Can be combined with higher lift fuel pump lobes for even great flow rate increases

Some aftermarket higher lift fuel pump camshaft lobe designs may require a lash cap to compensate for the smaller camshaft base circle
Some aftermarket higher lift fuel pump camshaft lobe designs may require a higher load spring on the pump to maintain fuel pump lifter control

 

  • Must have Upgrade to increase volume and pressure on LT1 and L83 (GenV) engines for forced induction and e85 applications
  • Pair with a set of LT4 Injectors or 30+ Injectors and or In-Tank Pump for the ultimate OEM+ bolt on fueling upgrade.
  • LT4 (GEN V) high pressure fuel pump to rail pipe available separately (recommended).
