Every casted aluminum supercharger will leave some room for improvement and optimizing. Included in this service is CNC machining the snout, blower inlet, and intake runners for maximum airflow with minimal restrictions. Our supercharger port designs are based on years of pushing the bar while breaking record after record on the LSX and LTX platforms. All ports are designed, created, tested, and programmed on our 5 axis CNC in house using highly advanced porting software!
***120mm Inlet. This Porting service opens the snout to 120mm inlet, which allows you to bolt on our 120mm Billet Drive By wire throttle to optimize inlet flow a step further.

The process is simple!
- Once you checkout, print out your emailed receipt and put that in a box with your supercharger. Make sure the supercharger is padded well on all sides. (Do not use packing peanuts)
- Be sure to remove all sensors and gaskets please!
- We prefer UPS, Fedex, or DHL for shipping to us.

Service shipping and timing
The customer is responsible for securely shipping the clean, drained, and correctly prepared component to the service location. Remove loose sensors, fittings, and gaskets unless SMG instructs otherwise; do not use loose packing peanuts. Advertised shop turnaround begins after the correct component is received and inspected, and does not include transit time, cleaning, repairs, or additional disassembly. Return shipping is calculated at checkout when the service requires the component to be shipped back.

Power gains and results depend on the complete engine, pulley ratio, airflow, cooling, fuel system, calibration, and operating conditions. Verify the exact supercharger model and required supporting components before ordering; stated gains are not guaranteed.

Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
