If you are looking to maximize the airflow through your LT5 supercharger, Kong Performance has you covered. Our supercharger port designs are based on years of hand porting experience. All of our latest ports were designed, created, tested, and programmed on our 5 axis CNC in house using highly advanced porting software! We have multiple 2019 ZR1s already making in excess of 1100rwhp on boost only with our CNC Ported LT5 Supercharger, including the first C7ZR1 in the 8s without the use of nitrous! 40-80rwhp proven gains!!!
FAST TURN AROUND! We typically operate at a 3-7 business day turn around time on porting so we can get your supercharger back to you as quickly as possible!
The process is simple!
- Once you checkout, print out your emailed receipt and put that in a box with your supercharger. Make sure the supercharger is padded well on all sides. (Do not use packing peanuts)
- Be sure to remove all sensors and gaskets please!
- We prefer UPS, Fedex, or DHL for shipping to us.

Processing and shipping
Processing occurs before shipping. Kong products may be special-order or vendor-fulfilled and can require additional handling time before carrier pickup. Expedited shipping changes transit time after shipment and does not shorten manufacturing, machining, or order processing. Any product-specific lead time or availability note above takes priority.

Performance components should be installed and calibrated by a qualified professional. The purchaser is responsible for verifying compatibility, safe operating limits, emissions legality, and suitability for the intended vehicle and use.
