Kong Performance LSA TVS2650 Supercharger

The Kong LSA TVS2650 is a high-output, stock-height supercharger upgrade for LS combinations using an LSA belt drive and compatible LS3, LSA, or LS9-style cylinder heads. Its Eaton TVS2650 rotor pack uses a high-twist four-lobe design and provides approximately 40 percent more rotor displacement than the factory LSA TVS1900.

Required components not included

The supercharger does not include a lid or intercooler assembly. It also requires a Kong LSA TVS2650-specific upper pulley selected for the vehicle, belt drive, fuel system, engine combination, and target power. Throttle body, intake, injectors, fueling, cooling components, calibration, and installation hardware beyond the supplied unit may be required.

Kong test example

Kong reports testing on a 418-cubic-inch LSA combination that produced 860 RWHP with a ported factory LSA supercharger and 2.55-inch upper pulley. A same-day change to the Kong LSA TVS2650 with a 3.0-inch pulley produced 1,003 RWHP with no other changes—approximately 140 additional RWHP while turning the replacement supercharger more slowly. This is a development example, not a guaranteed result.

Fitment and installation

This is a serious power-adder that requires professional installation and calibration. Verify belt alignment, pulley selection, hood and accessory clearance, fuel-system capacity, intercooler configuration, bypass operation, and calibration before use. Warranty

Kong advertises a one-year parts warranty on the TVS2650 supercharger. Disassembly or aftermarket porting can void warranty coverage. Warranty eligibility remains subject to Kong’s current terms, installation requirements, and inspection.
