ProCharger boost for OBS Ford trucks
The 1ED400-SCI High Output tuner kit is designed for 1988–1996 Ford F-150 and Bronco applications with the 5.0L or 5.8L engine. The standard configuration pairs a self-contained D-1SC supercharger with the factory 6-rib belt drive and a non-intercooled layout.
Configuration choices
Select a D-1SC or F-1A supercharger in satin, black, or polished finish. A helical gearset is available for the D-1SC; the F-1A uses straight-cut gears. The standard bracket finish is satin.
Fitment and installation
- For the original 5.0L/5.8L engine applications; this is not a Coyote engine-swap kit.
- Designed to fit under the stock hood and work with stock or compatible aftermarket balancers.
- F-150 and Bronco installations require a custom discharge tube.
- Confirm the vehicle, engine, accessory arrangement, and desired boost before ordering.
What to plan for
This is a tuner kit: fuel-system components and tuning are not supplied. An intercooler is not included in the base configuration. Intercooler and other custom upgrade requirements must be confirmed for the build.
Tuner kits are not emissions certified. Verify the applicable requirements for the intended vehicle and use.
