ProCharger 1999–2003 GM 1500 V8 Cable-Throttle HO Complete System
Intercooled HO system for early GM V8 trucks and SUVs
The ProCharger 1GI212-SCI is cataloged for 1999–2003 GM 1500 truck/SUV applications with 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L V8 engines. The base system includes a satin P-1SC supercharger, 2-core horizontal air-to-air intercooler, shared factory 6-rib drive, ProFlow valve and tubing.
Complete-system equipment
ProCharger confirmed that the 1999–2003 cable-throttle 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L package includes a ProPump and fuel management unit (FMU). Fuel injectors and an OBD2 handheld programmer are not included. Upgrade-head configurations require calibration compatibility review before the order is released.
Configuration choices
Select the cataloged P-1SC, P-1X, P-1R or D-1X head, straight-cut or helical gears, 2-core or upgraded 3-core intercooling, and satin, black or polished supercharger finish. Bracket finish and the optional crank pin kit are separate selections. D-1SC and race-valve upgrades are cataloged for tuner kits and are not offered here.
Vehicle and application review
Provide the 17-character VIN, exact engine, throttle arrangement, 2WD/4WD, hydroboost configuration, balancer and modifications. This early application family requires the cable-operated throttle arrangement identified in ProCharger's detailed application guide. Confirm the actual throttle hardware for every model year; year, model and engine size alone do not establish compatibility. Do not select this system for an electronic-throttle vehicle without manufacturer confirmation of the correct kit. For the 2003 model-year overlap, select 1GI212-SCI for cable-operated throttle applications; the 2003–2007 drive-by-wire family uses 1GI213-SCI. This system does not cover V6, diesel or older 5.7L Vortec engines. Confirm emissions approval for the exact vehicle and selected configuration; head-unit and other upgrades must not be assumed to retain approval.
Installation reference

Processing & Shipping Overview
Processing occurs before shipping.
Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
Made-to-order, special-order, vendor drop-ship, and freight items require additional processing time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
For the most up-to-date order status or lead time questions, please contact sales@smgspeed.com or use live chat during business hours.
