ProCharger 1999–2007 GM 1500 Classic V8 Stage II Tuner Kit
Dedicated-drive boost for Classic GM V8 trucks
ProCharger 1GI502-SCI is the Stage II intercooled tuner kit cataloged for 1999–2007 Classic GM 1500 truck/SUV applications with 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L V8 engines. Its base configuration includes the self-contained P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive and 3-core air-to-air intercooler.
Choose the build configuration
Select the head unit and gearset, supercharger finish, and 8-rib or optional 10-rib drive. The 10-rib upgrade adds $360. Helical gears are offered only for P- and D-series heads. F-series heads use straight-cut gears. F-1X black and polished finish charges differ from the smaller housings.
Included hardware and separate requirements
The Stage II kit includes the crank pin kit. ProFlow valve and application tubing are supplied; bracket finish and race-valve options are separate. Tuner kits exclude fuel components, programmer and calibration. Plan the fuel system, safe boost level and custom tuning with the installer.

Provide exact year, model, engine, throttle arrangement, 2WD/4WD, hydroboost configuration, balancer and modifications. For 2007, this listing covers Classic-body applications only. It does not cover the newer-body generation, six-cylinder, diesel or older 5.7L Vortec engines. Confirm engine-specific fitment and drive clearance before ordering.
