ProCharger 1988-1995 GM Truck/SUV 7.4L TBI P600B Intercooled System
1GE212-09I is the ProCharger High Output intercooled system for supported 1988-1995 Chevrolet/GMC 7.4L TBI truck and SUV applications. Choose the P600B or catalog-listed D-1 upgrade and satin, black or polished supercharger finish.
Included system components
Includes a horizontal two-core air-to-air intercooler, tubing, ProFlow bypass valve, ProPump and fuel-management unit (FMU), with hardware using the factory six-rib drive.
Supercharger configuration
P600B and D-1 are not self-contained superchargers; installation must provide the manufacturer-required oiling connections. The helical gearset offered for P-1SC and D-1SC configurations is not included in these P600B/D-1 choices. The base system is listed at 8-9 psi for a stock application; upgraded heads and modified engines require separate application, fuel and calibration review.
Fitment and ordering details
Confirm the exact 7.4L application and factory accessory arrangement; do not infer 5.7L-specific air-pump compatibility. Provide VIN, exact model and model year, original 7.4L TBI engine, truck or SUV chassis, 2WD or 4WD, transmission, factory air/smog pump equipment, accessory layout and all modifications. Retain required emissions equipment. Year and engine alone do not establish fitment for every GM chassis. Verify emissions eligibility for the exact vehicle and configuration before street use.

A manufacturer order form and nonrefundable deposit are required at time of order. Additional processing time may apply. Confirm configuration, deposit amount and lead time before release.
