ProCharger 1996-2000 GM Truck/SUV 5.7L HO Intercooled System
1GH212-SCI is the ProCharger High Output intercooled system for supported 1996–2000 Chevrolet/GMC 5.7L truck and SUV applications. Select P-1SC or the catalog-listed D-1SC upgrade, gearset and supercharger finish.
Included system components
Includes a horizontal two-core air-to-air intercooler, tubing, ProFlow blow-off valve and supercharger hardware using the factory six-rib belt drive. The current part-specific manufacturer specification lists a ProPump, fuel-management unit (FMU) and MAF massager. Replacement fuel injectors are not required by that specification; a handheld programmer is not listed.
Application and ordering details
Confirm the exact model, model year, 5.7L engine, drivetrain, accessory arrangement and chassis clearance before ordering. Supply VIN and identify 2WD or 4WD, truck or SUV, engine and exhaust modifications, and fuel octane. These details determine the correct configuration; year and engine alone do not establish fitment for every GM chassis.
The base system is specified at 8–9 psi for a stock application. Upgraded supercharger configurations require application and calibration review; performance depends on the engine, installation and fuel. Complete-system calibration assumptions do not extend automatically to modified engines.
Special-order planning
A manufacturer order form and non-refundable deposit are required at the time of order. Additional processing time may apply. Confirm configuration, deposit amount and lead time before release.

Emissions configuration limits
CARB Executive Order D-365-3 lists the base P-1SC complete-system application for the stated engine and years, subject to its specified configuration and installation requirements. Vehicles certified to ULEV or cleaner emission standards are excluded. The order does not name the D-1SC upgrade; do not assume that upgrade retains the base system exemption. Verify the vehicle emissions label and exact configuration before ordering for street use.
Processing & Shipping Overview
Processing occurs before shipping.
Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
Made-to-order, special-order, vendor drop-ship, and freight items require additional processing time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
