ProCharger 2003–2007 GM 1500 Classic 4.8L / 5.3L / 6.0L HO Tuner Kit
ProCharger 1GI203-SCI is the High Output intercooled tuner kit for supported 2003–2007 GM 1500 Classic 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L applications. It pairs a self-contained P-1SC supercharger with a 2-core air-to-air intercooler and uses the factory 6-rib accessory drive.
Kit hardware
- P-1SC supercharger in the selected finish and gear configuration.
- 2-core air-to-air intercooler, with an optional 3-core upgrade.
- Application-specific mounting hardware, tubing and ProFlow bypass valve.
Build options
Choose P-1SC, P-1X, P-1R, D-1SC or D-1X, straight-cut or helical gears, intercooler size and supercharger finish using the selectors. Bracket finish is a separate option. ProCharger also confirms F-series compatibility; contact SMGspeed for a verified F-series configuration and quote.
Fitment and installation
Confirm model year, actual engine, throttle hardware, Classic body, drivetrain and chassis equipment before ordering. The 2007 new-body truck uses a different application. Supply the VIN and modification details so the ordered hardware and supporting components can be checked for your build.
Fuel system and calibration
This is a tuner kit: fuel injectors, fuel-system upgrades, programmer and calibration are not included. The installer must provide fuel capacity and custom tuning appropriate for the engine, boost and fuel.
Emissions and photo reference
This tuner kit is not emissions certified. A complete system's emissions approval does not apply to the tuner kit. The installed-vehicle photo is an application reference; selected finishes and equipment may differ, and the vehicle is not included.
