ProCharger Chevy Small-Block P-1SC and Upgrades Classic Serpentine Kit
Configure a Chevrolet small-block classic serpentine supercharger kit with P-1SC and Upgrades head-unit options. This family uses an additional 8-rib supercharger drive with V-belt engine accessories in the base configuration.
Kit configuration
Select non-intercooled or intercooled hardware. The intercooled configuration includes a two-core intercooler, rated in the catalog at 550 hp, 3-inch charge tubing and a universal tubing kit that requires vehicle-specific installation work. The listed intercooler rating is not a guaranteed engine power output.
The non-intercooled package has a low-profile carburetor hat; the intercooled package has a standard hat and ProFlow bypass. A bypass is sold separately for the non-intercooled package and is recommended above 8 psi or when an intercooler is added.
Build and accessory requirements
Provide engine displacement, heads, induction, vehicle clearance, accessory layout and power goal. A compatible 4150-style blow-through carburetor or EFI throttle body and fuel-system upgrades are separate. Power steering uses a customer-supplied GM Type II pump with remote reservoir and compatible mounting hardware.
The V-belt accessory arrangement requires a standard-rotation long water pump. The optional serpentine accessory conversion requires a separate reverse-rotation 1984-1991 Corvette-style small-block water pump. The A/C conversion requires a separate Sanden 508/SD5H14 compressor. Confirm EFI clearance and Delco-style alternator mounting with 6.61-inch bolt spacing.
Ordering
Supercharger finish, supercharger-bracket finish and accessory-drive finish are separate choices. Boost and power output must be specified for the build. This is an engine-specific package, not a vehicle-specific bolt-on system. Confirm all selected upgrades together before order release.
The head-unit upgrades on this listing retain the P-1SC-based eight-rib kit configuration. Selecting an upgraded head does not automatically change the intercooler or convert the kit to the separate twelve-rib D-series package.
