ProCharger Chevy Small-Block P600B Classic Serpentine Supercharger Kit

1CA100-P600B is the P600B classic serpentine supercharger kit for Chevrolet small-block engine applications. The base package uses an additional eight-rib supercharger drive while retaining V-belt accessories.

Base configuration

P600B supercharger and low-profile carburetor hat. This catalog configuration has no intercooler or universal charge-tubing kit. A bypass valve is sold separately; the manufacturer recommends one above 8 psi or when adding an intercooler.

Build requirements

Provide engine displacement, cylinder heads, induction, accessory layout, vehicle clearance and power goal before ordering. A compatible blow-through 4150-style carburetor or EFI throttle body and appropriate fuel-system upgrades are separate. Power steering requires a customer-supplied GM Type II pump with remote reservoir and compatible brackets.

Accessory-drive compatibility

The V-belt accessory arrangement requires a standard-rotation long water pump. The optional serpentine accessory conversion requires a reverse-rotation 1984-1991 Corvette-style small-block water pump, supplied separately. The A/C conversion requires a separate Sanden 508/SD5H14 compressor. Confirm EFI clearance and Delco-style alternator mounting with 6.61-inch bolt spacing.

Boost and power output must be specified for the build. This engine-specific kit is not a vehicle-specific bolt-on package. Supercharger, accessory conversion, bracket finishes and optional components must be reviewed together.

Lubrication planning

The P600B uses an engine-oil feed and return; it is not a self-contained supercharger. Have your installer confirm the application-specific oil supply and gravity-drain routing before installation. Follow the correct manufacturer installation instructions for the selected engine and kit.
