ProCharger 1999–2007 GM 1500 Classic Stage II Complete Supercharger System

Dedicated-drive Stage II system for Classic GM V8 applications

The ProCharger 1GI512-SCI complete system is cataloged for 1999–2007 Classic GM 1500 truck/SUV applications with 4.8L, 5.3L or 6.0L V8 engines. The base configuration uses a P-1SC-1 supercharger, dedicated 8-rib drive and 3-core air-to-air intercooler.

Complete-system equipment

Includes application-specific fuel components, supplied programming, ProFlow valve and tubing, plus the Stage II crank pin kit. Confirm the vehicle and engine configuration before ordering so the correct fuel and calibration package is supplied. Engine modifications may require a tuner kit and custom calibration instead.

Configuration choices

Choose P-1SC-1 or the optional P-1X head, straight-cut or quieter helical gears, and satin, black or polished supercharger finish. Bracket finish is a separate selection. The catalog's 10-rib drive, race-valve and larger tuner-only head upgrades are not complete-system options.

Application review

Provide the VIN, engine, model year, throttle arrangement, 2WD/4WD, hydroboost configuration and modifications. The 2007 application is Classic body only; newer-body trucks, V6, diesel and older 5.7L Vortec engines are excluded. Verify engine-specific clearance and calibration compatibility before ordering. Emissions approval must be confirmed for the exact system and vehicle; no blanket emissions certification is claimed.
