Compact 1,250-HP Air-to-Water Charge Cooling for LS and Gen V LT Engines

ProCharger’s billet air-to-water intercooled intake manifold integrates the charge cooler into the intake assembly for high-power street, drag, and engine-swap builds where short charge plumbing and a compact layout matter. Each version is rated by ProCharger for up to 1,250 horsepower and uses front-facing -12 ORB water connections.

Choose the Correct Engine Configuration

• LS (AI040A-080): LS3-style square-port cylinder heads, compact EV14 injectors with extended tips, up to 92mm throttle body, 9-inch height.
• LT without port injection (AI040A-063): LT1/LT2/LT4 cylinder heads, direct-injection configuration, up to 92mm throttle body, 9.6-inch height.
• LT with port injection (AI040A-060): LT1/LT2/LT4 cylinder heads plus standard EV14 port injectors, up to 92mm throttle body, 9.6-inch height.

Important Ordering Notes

This is a high-performance intake and charge-cooling component, not a complete intercooler system. The vehicle must be engineered with a properly sized water pump, reservoir, heat exchanger, plumbing, throttle body, fuel system, calibration, and hood-clearance plan. Confirm cylinder-head port, injector, throttle-body, and accessory clearance before ordering.
