Small Block Ford ProCharger D-1SC Modular Accessory Drive Supercharger Kit
ProCharger 1EX400-D1SC combines a D-1SC supercharger with the modular small-block Ford accessory drive. Select the intercooler, accessory-bracket configuration, gearset and supercharger finish.
Package configuration
The full bracket package includes alternator, power-steering and A/C brackets. Accessory units are sold separately. Non-intercooled and intercooled versions are available; the intercooled version uses a 3-core intercooler rated by ProCharger at 825 hp. That rating describes intercooler capacity, not guaranteed engine output.
Full accessory brackets come in satin, black or polished. Satin-only omission choices remove power-steering hardware for a $300 reduction, A/C hardware for $200, or both for $500. Those adjustments are already included in the selected variant price.
Supercharger options
Straight-cut gears and satin supercharger finish are standard. Helical gears add $110; black supercharger finish adds $295 and polished adds $450. Select supercharger-bracket finish and other available add-ons below. Accessory-bracket finish is part of the package selector above.
Engine and accessory fitment
For small-block Ford 302 8.2-inch-deck and 351 9.5-inch-deck layouts. Requires confirmation of the actual engine, balancer, chassis clearance and accessory arrangement. The modular drive uses a 1986–1993-style balancer and water pump, Ford 3G alternator, GM compact Type 2 power-steering pump and Sanden SD7 6-rib A/C compressor where fitted. Accessories are not included unless separately selected. Choose accessory units consistent with the bracket package.
Build requirements
Provide engine/block details, chassis year/make/model, balancer, induction type, target boost, maximum RPM, fuel system and tuner. Fuel-system upgrades and custom calibration must be planned for the build. This engine-based kit is not a direct-fit claim for every stock vehicle using a small-block Ford. Carburetor-hat choices require compatible blow-through induction and clearance review.

Processing & Shipping Overview
Processing occurs before shipping.
Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
Made-to-order, special-order, vendor drop-ship, and freight items require additional processing time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
For the most up-to-date order status or lead time questions, please contact sales@smgspeed.com or use live chat during business hours.
