Small Block Ford ProCharger F-1D / F-1 / F-1A Modular Accessory Drive Kit
1EX400-F1D/F1/F1A pairs a F-1D / F-1 / F-1A supercharger with the modular small-block Ford accessory drive. The selected head, intercooler and bracket configuration define the package.
Package configuration
Includes the selected F-series head with straight-cut gears and a standard 8-rib supercharger drive. Helical gears are not offered on these F-series heads. Full accessory bracket packages support the alternator, power steering and A/C; accessory units are purchased separately.
Choose non-intercooled or 3-core intercooler rated by ProCharger at 950 hp. The rating describes intercooler capacity, not promised engine output. Non-intercooled catalog family: 1EX400-F1D/F1/F1A. Intercooled catalog family: 1EX400-F1D-I/F1-I/F1A-I.
Finishes and bracket layout
Full accessory brackets are satin, black (+$250) or polished (+$350). Satin-only omission choices remove power-steering hardware (-$300), A/C hardware (-$200), or both (-$500). These adjustments are included in the native package price. Supercharger finish is selected separately: satin, black (+$295) or polished (+$450). Engine and accessory fitment
For SBF 302 8.2-inch-deck and 351 9.5-inch-deck layouts. Confirm the actual block, balancer, pulley alignment and chassis clearance. The modular drive uses a 1986–1993-style balancer and water pump, Ford 3G alternator, GM compact Type 2 power-steering pump and Sanden SD7 6-rib A/C compressor where equipped. Match optional units to the selected bracket package.
Build preparation
Specify chassis/VIN, engine build, induction type, intended boost, maximum RPM, fuel system and tuner. These high-output configurations require suitable engine preparation and custom calibration. Fuel-system upgrades and tuning are not included. Engine-based fitment does not establish direct compatibility with every stock SBF vehicle. Verify intercooler plumbing, carb-hat clearance and accessory integration for the build.
