SMG LT2 INTAKE MANIFOLD

STAGE 0 — STOCK (UNMODIFIED)

• Genuine LT2 intake exactly as it comes on the 2020+ C8 Corvette.
• No porting or alterations — 100% factory fresh.
• Fits most LTx platforms with some DIY trimming/fitment.
• MAP extension harness sold separately

STAGE 1 — PRE-MODIFIED & READY TO FIT

• Direct-bolt style setup for 6th Gen Camaro or LTx-powered trucks.
• Snout/runner cleanup (remove casting flash) and shaved ribbing for HPFP clearance.
• Includes:
– MAP sensor extension harness
– Brake booster quick-connect fitting (works with OEM booster tube)
• Uses your stock throttle body.

STAGE 2 — PORTED PERFORMANCE

• All Stage 1 mods plus port-match service on runners and snout.
• Set up for larger throttle bodies such as the ZR1 95mm or other 95mm options.
• Throttle body and billet adapter sold separately:
– ZR1 95mm TB
– 95mm Billet TB Adapter (LT1/LT2/LT4)

STAGE 3 — FULL PORT & BILLET UPGRADE

• Everything in Stage 2 plus:
– Complete hand-ported runners and snout
– Brand-new 95mm ZR1 throttle body
– Billet adapter plate that mounts directly to LT2 (no drilling or slotting)
• Sealant required: Use RTV (sold separately) to ensure a proper seal between the ported snout and adapter.
Apply sealant to both the intake rim and gasket surface, bolt on the adapter, and allow to cure before use.
• Note: Stage 2 and 3 porting removes the OEM TB O-ring. RTV is recommended for a leak-free fit.
• Stage 3 includes two gaskets (TB-to-adapter and adapter-to-intake).

BUILD TIME & SHIPPING

• Due to high demand, allow 15–21 business days for processing (varies by port level, order queue, parts availability).
• Rush shipping upgrades affect transit time only once completed — not build time.

• Stage 3 ships in two boxes:
– Box 1: Throttle body, adapter, harness (typically ships within ~1 week)
– Box 2: Ported intake manifold (ships ~1 week after Box 1, depending on queue)

FITMENT & APPLICATION

• Semi-universal kits adapted here for 6th Gen Camaro; also compatible with most Gen V LT-based engines when space allows.
• Verify fitment before ordering. These are made-to-order and are not cancelable or returnable once production begins.
