Stanadyne 7.45mm High-Flow LT4 Direct Fuel Injector
61% More Flow Than an OEM LT4 Injector - Without Sacrificing the OE Spray Pattern
The Stanadyne LT4 Gen 1 high-performance direct injector is manufactured from the ground up as a new performance injector. It is not a modified or reworked OEM injector. Precision laser-drilled nozzle technology increases available fuel flow while preserving the six-hole OE spray pattern and factory targeting designed into the GM combustion chamber.
The result is the additional direct-injection capacity needed for serious naturally aspirated, supercharged and turbocharged Gen V LT applications, while retaining OE-quality idle and drivability after correct characterization and calibration.
Verified Flow Increase
- 61% greater flow than an OEM LT4 injector
- 88% greater flow than 2020-2023 LT2 injectors
- 116% greater flow than 2023+ LT2 small-stem injectors

Ordering and Calibration Notes
Sold individually. A V8 installation requires eight injectors unless replacing a single verified unit.
Professional calibration is required. Injector characterization, high-pressure pump output, low-side fuel delivery, commanded rail pressure, fuel type and target lambda must be evaluated together. Final power capability depends on the complete combination rather than the injector alone.
SMG Speed Shop and North Texas High Performance can help match these injectors with the correct Stanadyne high-pressure pump, low-side fuel system and calibration strategy for your GM LTx build.
Processing & Shipping Overview
Processing occurs before shipping.
Most in-stock items typically process within 2–3 business days before shipment or pickup. Expedited shipping options affect transit time after an order ships and do not speed up processing.
Made-to-order, special-order, vendor drop-ship, and freight items require additional processing time before shipping. Any extended lead times will be noted on the product page when applicable.
For the most up-to-date order status or lead time questions, please contact sales@smgspeed.com or use live chat during business hours.
