TSP 2011-2018 6.4L HEMI Complete MDS Delete Kit, No Camshaft

Complete mechanical MDS delete package for 2011-2018 6.4L Gen III HEMI engines that were factory equipped with Multi-Displacement System. This package is intended to be paired with an aftermarket non-MDS camshaft purchased separately.

• Four MDS block-off plugs
• 16 selected non-MDS hydraulic roller lifters and matching trays
• Pair of 6.4L cylinder-head gaskets
• Selected complete head-fastener package
• Timing-cover gasket and front crank seal
• Valve-cover gaskets and spark-plug tube seals
• Car and truck water-pump gasket styles
• Pair of exhaust-manifold gaskets
• Crankshaft bolt and VVT camshaft bolt

Options

Lifters: TSP Hellcat-style non-MDS lifters and trays, Johnson Gen III HEMI lifters, or Johnson axle-oiling lifters.

Head fasteners: New TSP/OEM-style torque-to-yield bolts or the application-correct ARP 244-4301 Custom Age 625+ complete head-stud kit for the 6.4L HEMI.

Fitment: MDS-equipped 2011-2018 6.4L HEMI applications. Some manual-transmission and specialty applications were not factory equipped with MDS. Confirm the engine and factory MDS equipment before ordering.

Sold separately: Camshaft, valve springs, pushrods, timing set, oil pump, oil-pan gasket, VVT limiter or lockout hardware, tuning hardware, credits and calibration.

Camshaft required: Pair this kit with the correct TSP vehicle-specific camshaft package.

Tuning required: Professional calibration is mandatory after the mechanical MDS delete.
